What is your return/refund policy?
Our Promise to you: Original Book Works USA wants you to be happy with your purchases.
Returns will be given credit for the full purchase price of the merchandise only, not including packing and shipping.
Original Book Works USA will gladly issue a refund, exchange or credit for merchandise returned in saleable condition with the original receipt, within 30 days of purchase.
Returns are easy, just complete the return form you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for your return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund and repack the merchandise in its original packaging. For your security, please return package with an insured courier (UPS, Fed Ex or USPS etc.) and retain your receipt. Original Book Works USA is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept C.O.D. returns.
Special order items and specially customized items are not returnable.
Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
